Heavy Hitters
Heavy Hitters x Cam - Devil Driver - Diamond Infused Pre-Rolls (5 Pack) - 2.5g
Heavy Hitters x Cam - Devil Driver - Diamond Infused Pre-Rolls (5 Pack) - 2.5g
Half the name comes from Sundae Driver, Cannarado's creamy grape dessert strain. The devil half is the speed. Devil Driver is Tiki Madman's cross of Sundae Driver and Melonade, and Heavy Hitters warns that it hits fast and goes straight to your head. CAM grows it indoors in Sacramento, and Heavy Hitters grinds it into five half-gram minis packed with THCa diamonds. It smells like a melon stand parked next to a lemon-vanilla soft-serve machine, and it belongs to the daytime.

Genetics & Lineage
Heavy Hitters lists Melonade x Sundae Driver, which matches the breeder. Tiki Madman, a Michigan grower, crossed his own cut of Sundae Driver (Cannarado Genetics' Fruity Pebbles OG x Grape Pie) with Melonade (Watermelon Zkittlez x Lemon Tree #11). Leafly and SeedFinder credit Melonade to Midwest Best; Weedmaps and Prime Cuts Nursery credit Dying Breed Seeds, whose Watermelon Zkittlez seed grew the mother plant. Either way, candied watermelon and sour lemon sit on one side of the tree, fruity cereal and grape on the other. Leafly named Devil Driver the seventh runner-up for its 2023 Strain of the Year, and CAM founder Anna Willey told Leafly it "literally is the most beautiful plant growing ever, ever, ever." Leafly, Weedmaps and SeedFinder show no Devil Driver with different parents. Seed versions exist, Tiki's own S1 among them, and CAM has not said whether its plants trace to the original clone or to seed.
Flavor & Aroma
Heavy Hitters reads it as melon and lemon up front, vanilla cream behind, a little earth at the bottom. A Highest Critic reviewer who smoked CAM's Devil Driver flower in 2023 found more: ripe melon and mango, sherbet, whipped cream, a fresh bowl of Fruity Pebbles, even funfetti cake. Leafly users go sharper, with lemon, pine, spice and a chemical edge, and Weedmaps' tags add coffee and diesel to the berry and citrus. Prime Cuts Nursery describes vanilla going in, melon on the exhale and a citrus-herb finish. The diamonds thicken the smoke and stretch the finish without adding flavor. Heavy Hitters does not print a terpene panel for this SKU.
Effects
Head first, and fast. Heavy Hitters pitches it as euphoric, energizing and creative, a rush that gets your thinking moving right away, and Leafly's reviewers land on energetic, focused and giggly. The Highest Critic's reviewer found it driven but chill, which fits its mostly indica Sundae Driver parent. After the rush comes a light body ease, not couch weight. The diamonds steepen the climb, so a whole mini is a lot of fuel for one person. Dry mouth, dry eyes and anxiety are the negatives Leafly users report most, and a fast sativa plus diamonds is a classic route to racing thoughts.
Best For
- Creative mornings: writing, sketching, editing, the project you keep putting off
- Fruit-forward smokers: melon, lemon and vanilla instead of gas
- Errand days: a lap of North Beach before lunch, a long walk, a clean apartment
- Splitting a mini: half a gram of diamond-infused sativa is two people's worth
- The climb up Telegraph Hill: your legs and your head both want to move
Not for: bedtime, anxious smokers, first-timers, or a day that has to wind down early.
Pairings
Food: cold and bright. Cut fruit, lemon sorbet, or a sandwich from Molinari on Columbus once the appetite catches up. Skip the espresso at Caffe Trieste for now; this already does that job. Music: Daft Punk's Discovery or Tame Impala's Currents. Probably not DevilDriver, the Santa Barbara metal band, unless that is your idea of a morning. Activity: take a notebook into City Lights and get the idea down while the rush is running, then walk up to Coit Tower for the murals.
Construction
CAM stands for California Artisanal Medicine. Anna Willey opened the original CAM, Colorado Alternative Medicine, as a Denver dispensary in 2009, relaunched in California in 2018 and built out indoor cultivation in Sacramento. It is one of the larger woman-owned cultivators in the state, and its Super Silver Haze took a Golden Bear at the 2025 California State Fair cannabis awards. Heavy Hitters grinds CAM's finished Devil Driver into five half-gram minis and infuses each with rough-cut THCa diamonds, nearly pure crystals that stay visible in the joint. The minis come in a glass jar.
Dosing
New to infused joints: two puffs, put it out, wait fifteen minutes. The rush is quick, so you will know fast.
Regular smoker: a third to half a mini per session, with breakfast in you.
Heavy tolerance: a whole mini works, but it can tip into jittery. Keep water nearby and skip the second coffee.
Storage
Lid on, cool and dark, never a sunny windowsill. Diamonds soften in heat, and a warm jar smokes harsh. Light slowly and turn the tip so it burns evenly.
