Raw Garden - Berry Nova - 1:1 THC/CBD Live Resin Cartridge - 1g

Berry Nova is for nights when you want to feel something and still follow the conversation. Raw Garden files it as a CBD 1:1 strain, roughly equal CBD and THC, so each pull carries about half the THC of the brand's regular carts while the flavor stays loud: berry on the inhale, a sugary middle, a soft kush finish. The flower comes off Raw Garden's own Santa Barbara County farm, frozen at harvest and refined into oil that is nothing but cannabis. If a full-strength cart is more than a Tuesday needs, start here.

Genetics & Lineage

Raw Garden lists the cross as Supernova x Beary White x CBD and files the result as CBD 1:1 rather than indica or sativa. The x CBD is a CBD-rich parent Raw Garden does not name. Beary White, per Raw Garden, is 3 Bears OG x Walter White, a hybrid tagged berry, earthy and sugary. Mephisto Genetics sells an autoflower with the same name and cross, though Raw Garden credits no breeder. Supernova needs a footnote. Raw Garden's own Supernova cart is listed as Purple Patrick x Skywalker, an indica tagged sugary, floral and berry. Strain databases also carry at least one other Supernova, bred from Blueberry x Mazar-i-Sharif. Raw Garden grows its own but does not say which Supernova went into Berry Nova. Nothing past those parents is published.

Flavor & Aroma

Berry first. Raw Garden tags Berry Nova berry, sugary and kush, and that is the order it arrives in: a jammy berry inhale, a sweet middle like the glaze on a fruit tart, then an earthy kush exhale that keeps it from tasting like candy. Weedmaps narrows its flavor tag to berry. Retail menus wander from there, one calling it citrus and floral, another earthy and nutty, like chestnut, with only a hint of berry. Raw Garden posts no terpene breakdown on the listing; batch results are on its lab results page.

Effects

A light lift, then a slow settle. Weedmaps tags Berry Nova euphoric, happy, uplifted and sleepy, the usual arc for a balanced cart: a mild mood bump in the first fifteen minutes, then a calm that deepens if you keep going. Raw Garden pitches the line as a "smooth, functional high." Most of that softness is dose. Each puff carries about half the THC of a standard Raw Garden cart, so three pulls land well short of where a THC-only cart would put you. Do not count on the CBD to cancel anything out: a double-blind trial published in Neuropsychopharmacology found CBD at 1:1 did not reduce the high from the same THC dose. You get smaller steps per puff and an easier place to stop.

Best For

Weeknight wind-downs: enough lift for dinner, enough calm for sleep after
Light or returning consumers: half the THC per puff makes going slow easy
Flavor-first vapers: berry and sugar up front, kush underneath, nothing artificial
Social evenings: mellow without dropping out of the conversation
An after-dinner walk: two puffs at home, then a slow loop past Washington Square

Not for: anyone who needs a THC-free product or has a drug test coming, or high-tolerance smokers expecting a THC-only cart's ceiling.

Pairings

Food: fruit and pastry. A slice of sacripantina from Stella Pastry on Columbus, or a cup of berry gelato. Music: Vince Guaraldi, Khruangbin, any slow Sunday record. Activity: an hour in the poetry room at City Lights, or bocce at Joe DiMaggio Playground. Pairs with Raw Garden Sherbert Haze earlier in the day if you want a brighter sativa opener.

Hardware & Extraction

Raw Garden grows the flower itself, sun-grown with organically based, Clean Green certified methods, and flash-freezes it at harvest instead of drying and curing. The frozen flower is extracted in a closed loop with butane or propane, then heat and vacuum purge the solvent out, leaving live resin. Refining is the extra step: Raw Garden strips out the waxes, fats and tannins that darken oil and clog wicks. Nothing from outside the source flowers is added: no fillers, artificial flavors or non-cannabis terpenes. Raw Garden defines distillate as oil stripped to a single cannabinoid; this keeps minor cannabinoids and terpenes from the same flowers. The cartridge is 510 thread, with a glass chamber and a ceramic mouthpiece Raw Garden says will not break down under heat and terpenes. Raw Garden does not publish the coil type. For fruity strains, it suggests 2.6 to 3.2 volts.

Dosing

New to it: one short puff, then wait fifteen minutes. A 1:1 lands softer than a THC-only cart, but it still carries real THC.

Regular: two to four puffs over an evening. Expect a lower, rounder peak than your usual cart at the same count.

Heavy tolerance: four to six puffs, or keep it as the weeknight cart. Chasing a THC-only ceiling here mostly empties the gram.

Storage

Upright, cool, out of the sun. Heat thins the oil and invites leaks, and a hot dashboard cooks the terpenes. A visible air bubble is normal; Raw Garden says the wick soaks up oil as a cart sits.

FAQ

Is Berry Nova indica or sativa? Neither, by Raw Garden's labeling. It files the strain as CBD 1:1, and Weedmaps tags it hybrid.

How strong is a 1:1 cart? Each puff carries about half the THC of a standard Raw Garden cart, plus a near-equal share of CBD. It still gets you high, in smaller steps.

Does the CBD cancel out the high? No. It feels softer mostly because each puff holds less THC.

What does Berry Nova taste like? Berry on the inhale, a sugary middle, an earthy kush finish.

Is anything added to the oil? No. Raw Garden says it is nothing but cannabis: no additives, fillers, artificial flavors or non-cannabis terpenes.

Will it fit my battery? It threads onto standard 510 batteries. Raw Garden suggests 2.6 to 3.2 volts for fruity profiles.

Will it show up on a drug test? It can. A 1:1 cart still contains plenty of THC.
