Harvests hang-dry in darkness, and trimmers turn each bud by its stem, CBX's revolve-the-stem method, to spare the resin. Staff then sort and weigh by hand for a good mix of select buds in every jar; buds under CBX's size bar are ground for pre-rolls. Flower is vacuum sealed from testing until packing, in jars CBX tested to close airtight. San Diego Cannabis Times found the buds dense, with sticky trichomes and "a snowy-looking coating"; The Highest Critic noted hidden purple and thin orange hairs.
