Jetty - Gelato - High THC Cart - 1g

Gelato is a hybrid vape cartridge from Jetty Extracts built on the sweet, creamy Bay Area dessert strain that reorganized the modern menu - the very first Strain of the Year Leafly ever awarded, back in 2018. A full gram on a standard 510 thread.

Quick Reference

  • Type: Hybrid, sociable rather than sleepy
  • Format: 1g 510-thread cartridge; batteries in the accessories case
  • Extraction: High THC oil from cured flower with a house terpene recipe, part cannabis-derived and part botanical
  • Flavors: Sweet cream, citrus, soft earth, a trace of mint
  • Best time: Late afternoon onward

Genetics & Lineage

Sunset Sherbet crossed with Thin Mint GSC - one of the rare crosses every source prints identically. Credit sits with the Cookie Fam and Sherbinskis in the Bay Area, and Gelato went on to parent Runtz and Jealousy. The famous Gelato #33 phenotype carries the Larry Bird nickname, after the jersey number.

About Jetty

These cartridges carry ECCO certification on top of state testing: an industry program that pulls two products per brand off retail shelves every month and screens them against an expanded contaminant panel. Voluntary, independent, and rare.

Flavor & Aroma

Sweet and creamy first, exactly as the name promises, with a citrus lift that stops it turning heavy. A soft earthy base and a whisper of mint from the Thin Mint side close the exhale.

Effects

Onset within 2-5 minutes, a relaxed, warm, distinctly sociable peak at 15-30 minutes - head-bright without couch lock - then a smooth fade over 1-2 hours.

Best For

  • Famous dessert-strain cart for evenings that still involve people
  • Dessert flavor without OG heaviness
  • Watching the sunset roll over the city from Grand View Park
  • A dependable slot in the everyday rotation

Dosing

Run it at 2.5 volts to protect the cream; two-second draws, and climb the dial only if you want volume over flavor.

Storage

Standing up, cool, out of the sun and warm bags.
